   One of the main issues we're going to have in getting fans to utilize our site is safety. Users need to know that if the tickets they receive are fraudulent or wrong, that their provider will refund their money.

   One of the main issues we're going to have in getting fans to utilize our site is safety. Users need to know that if the tickets they receive are fraudulent or wrong, that their provider will refund their money.

   To address this we're going to:

   1. Have a reputable looking design
   2. Only list ticket providers that offer a 100% guarantee
   3. Have a contact page featuring, links, emails, phone numbers, etc for all of our ticket providers
   4. Potentially have a badge similar to this one:
   http://www.razorgator.com/gui/buyer_guarantee.jpg
   on the front of our page

   It's based on your IP address. This isn't always entirely accurate, however, which is why we will soon be introducing functionality which allows you to setup your location manually. I hope that helps!

    Let me customize the ticket listings page to show more results like Google does.

    For example, have an option to show 20, 40, 80, 100 listings. This could also be implemented once you create user pages.

    When searching for "Florida in November", I expected to find "Florida vs. Georgia" because it is a neutral game. However, because it is technically a "Georgia home game" (game is played in Jacksonville each year and teams swap who is "home"), it was not displayed.

    However, this is a game that Georgia and Florida fans are equally likely to attend. Perhaps you could run a search on the back end to identify all neutral site games throughout the season and include those games on each team's page.
