One of the main issues we're going to have in getting fans to utilize our site is safety. Users need to know that if the tickets they receive are fraudulent or wrong, that their provider will refund their money.
To address this we're going to:
1. Have a reputable looking design
2. Only list ticket providers that offer a 100% guarantee
3. Have a contact page featuring, links, emails, phone numbers, etc for all of our ticket providers
4. Potentially have a badge similar to this one:
